Residential Swimming Pool - Hillsborough, California

While they loved their hillside home, these homeowners wanted one more thing--a pool. But, because of their steep lot, other swimming pool contractors had told them they couldn’t install one. Then they called Lifetime Pools.

We put them in touch with a landscape contractor and helped them with the design and engineering. After building a retaining wall, we backfilled and compacted the area under the guidance of a soils engineer and built the pool in the newly created space.

Now the homeowner had the pool of their dreams. But they also wanted to be able to swim every day for exercise. Knowing the weather conditions in the hills of Hillsborough, we recommended an enclosure. We also recommended a contractor to build the glass building that protected swimmers from strong winds in the exposed hillside site.

Now this hillside home has it all: beautiful views, hillside seclusion, and a year-round pool from which to enjoy it all.
