Commercial Swimming Pools for Hotels - Vault Pools

Usually, water on the roof is a problem for commercial properties--unless that's the only place available to put a swimming pool. In that case, it can become a challenging engineering issue. But it's one Lifetime Pools has helped solve many times. We developed a way for contractors to create a vault suspended on a podium deck above a garage, or other building structure.

In this example, the vault is suspended above the courtyard — on the fifth floor of the Hotel Valencia on Santana Row in San Jose. The pool is built within this vault, with access from the upper floors built next to it.

This unique solution enabled the hotel to solve a difficult problem — how to offer their guests an inviting pool, while still enabling them to maintain their open, airy courtyard — all in a very limited space!
