Management Team - Pool Building Professionals Put a Professional Team on Your Job While a company can build a reputation, it’s really the people who deliver the experience and professional attitude. In that category, nobody competes with the team at Lifetime Pools. Here are some of the long-time industry leaders who make the Lifetime quality commitment a reality for you: | Raymond Whitford, President/Chief Executive Officer Ray’s father, Ken, started Lifetime Pools in 1962. Ray joined the firm as a construction superintendent in 1974 and spent several years learning the business and supervising projects from the simplest residential pools, to some of our most complicated commercial projects. He moved into the office in 1980 as Construction Manager and was then promoted to Vice President of Construction. In 1992 he became President of Lifetime Pools and has become one of the most respected members in the pool industry. | | Jim Johnson, Commercial Division Jim is a Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years experience in design, sales, customer service and support of complex mechanical equipment. Jim is also trained in carpentry, concrete, plumbing, and electrical construction practices. Jim joined Lifetime Pools in 2006 and will be pleased to work with you on your commercial pool or spa design and construction. | | Roger Bailey, Construction & Customer Service Manager Roger has enjoyed a very diverse 30-year history in the swimming pool industry. He has been involved in almost every phase of swimming pools from maintenance and service to the design and construction of all types of pools and spas. Roger started and ran a successful pool construction and maintenance company in Naples, Florida before moving the Bay Area in 1996. He joined Lifetime Pools in 1999, supervising both residential and commercial projects, and moved into the Commercial Division in 2003. | | Jim Neilson, Remodel Superindentant Jim has been with Lifetime Pools since 1994. Prior to that, he was a licensed service technician in Phoenix, Arizona where he also constructed a few new pools. Moving to Northern California in 1989, he managed the maintenance service of over 1500 pools for a local service company. His experience ranges from pool and spa remodeling to new construction. Jim welcomes the challenge of your pump or water quality problems and is not afraid of getting his hands dirty. It is quite common to find him in the warehouse rebuilding a pump, or in your backyard checking the progress of the work and making sure that the job has been done right. |
